As expected, it's a little trickier to use DubMan with NanDub. The two passes of NanDub must be seperate steps in DubMan, with seperate vcf files for both passes. For the first pass, in the "SBC Options" on the "Bitrate Curve" tab, name the stats file in the "Collect in:" box and leave the "Encode using:" box empty. Choose any other settings you want and save the vcf by going to File->Save Processing Settings. For the second pass, fill in the "Encode using:" box to match the stats file from the first pass, and leave the "Collect in:" box empty. Then save the second pass vcf. If you're going to perform a bulk process with NanDub, the stats file will obviously be overwritten each time. |
