Basic Job Control

Adding a Job

Once the vcf files are created, run DubMan and click the "Add Job" button. Fill in the information about this processing step -- specify a job name, an input file, an output file, and a vcf settings file. Choose which program, of the ones you have installed, to use to process this job. Check 'Delete Input file when done' to delete the input file once the job processing is complete. This is useful to save space with large encodes, but use this option with caution as you won't be prompted to confirm the deletion. When you click OK, the job is added to the Job List. Continue adding jobs as neccessary by repeating the process. Jobs can take the output from a previous step as the input for a later step. In order to do this you will have to type the file name into the box, as the file hasn't been created yet.
